The short version
We hold your email address and your subscription status. We never see your card details. The desktop software sends the game text you choose to translate to the translation service you pick — and if you pick a local AI model, nothing leaves your computer at all.
1. What the website collects

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.
2. Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, who are the Merchant of Record. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us — we only receive confirmation that a subscription started, renewed, or ended. Paddle's handling of your data is covered by their own privacy policy.
If you pay in cryptocurrency, the payment is handled by our crypto payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the amount; we do not receive your wallet identity from them.
3. What the desktop software sends, and to whom
This is the part people actually want to know. The software runs on your computer and only contacts a service when it needs to:

We do not collect, upload or store the text of your games, and we do not keep a copy of your translations. Translations are cached in files on your own computer so the same line is not paid for twice.
4. Where your data is held
The website and its database run on Vercel's infrastructure. Email is sent through our email provider. These providers process data on our instructions.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to support@ultra-translator.com. Deleting your account ends any active subscription, so cancel first if that is not what you want.
6. Children
This is not a service for children. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live in order to subscribe.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
